The TATD Room Block Reservation cut-off is June 1, 2026
1️)Book only through the official link.
The system allows up to 3 rooms per reservation, so studios booking multiple rooms may have more than one confirmation number. Please avoid overbooking.
2️) Select no more than 2 adults per room when reserving.
Rooms can hold up to 4 adults, but additional adult names must be added at check-in. Selecting more than 2 adults during booking may show an “extra person” fee. While this fee will not apply under our contract, it must be manually adjusted, so keeping it to 2 adults simplifies the process.
3️) The above applies only to adult counts.
You may list 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children, without issue.
4️) Room Block Drop/Add Form
We have created an important TATD Room Block Google Form for members needing to drop or add rooms if the block fills. There is also a section for teachers wishing to share a room so we can help make connections.
We will personally assist our members with transferring reservation numbers this year to keep everyone within our official room block. Please note that we do not have an overflow block at the Hyatt this year due to FIFA events.
